1 General Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions 88kbd and forms a binding agreement with all of its users. By accessing our services through the website, mobile app, or any other channel, you automatically agree to these terms.

88kbd services are available only to individuals who are legally of adult age (18+) and reside in jurisdictions where online betting is legal or permitted. It is the sole responsibility of each user to comply with the laws applicable in their area.

• Each individual may register one account only.

2 Account Registration & Verification

You are required to provide accurate personal information when registering with 88kbd. The name, date of birth, and contact details submitted at registration may be verified at a later stage. 88kbd reserves the right to suspend any account found to contain false or misleading information.

KYC Verification

Before processing withdrawals or large transactions, we conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This may involve requesting a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving license.

• A valid mobile number and email address are required at the time of registration.
• Opening multiple accounts with the same mobile number is not permitted.
• It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• 88kbd may temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

88kbd supports fast deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 300.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• Only deposit from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.
• Once KYC verification is complete, withdrawals are processed in an average of 10 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until the bonus turnover requirement has been met.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

88kbd regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer comes with its own terms, which must be read before participating.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit. To qualify, the first deposit must be made within 7 days of registration. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the required turnover must be completed first.

Turnover Requirements

• Welcome bonus turnover requirement: 10x the bonus amount.
• You will have 30 days to meet the turnover requirements.
• Void or cancelled bets will not count toward the turnover requirement.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses across multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.

5 Betting Rules & Limits

Certain rules apply when placing bets on 88kbd. These rules apply equally to all members.

• The minimum stake per bet is BDT 20. The maximum stake varies by event.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Live betting odds may change at any time after a match has started.
• 88kbd reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• If match-fixing or unfair advantage is established, the associated bets will be voided.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

• Bonus abuse or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Placing bets for the purpose of arbitrage betting or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Opening an account under a false identity or using another person's information.
• Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's security systems.

6 Responsible Gaming Policy

8 Account Suspension & Termination

88kbd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• If evidence of fraudulent or illegal activity is found.
• If an account was registered using false information.
• Account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• If a member requests to close their own account.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses and subject to turnover requirements being met) will be refunded.

9 Limitation of Liability

88kbd accepts no liability for the following:

• Losing a bet due to an internet connection failure.
• Delays or failures on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• Unauthorized access to your account (where caused by your own negligence).
• Service disruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, server attacks, etc.).

10 Changes to Terms & Dispute Resolution

88kbd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may request to close your account.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact our support team first. We aim to respond within 72 hours. If the matter cannot be resolved through support, our internal dispute resolution process will be followed.

Any legal matters relating to these terms will be settled by a court under the jurisdiction where 88kbd operates.
